Our goal will be to turn the store bought translucent acrylic on the left into the frosty look on the right |

Use 320 grit sand paper from your local hardware store |

Load the paper into your palm sander |
 |
Use vertical strokes up and down and not circular strokes. Apply steady pressure and go at least 3 full up and down passes. |

Dust and clean off your finished work |
